Driving to the north side from huaraz visiting some towns including yungay historical place that disappeared in 1970 because of the avalanch that come from the north peak of Huascaran then we drive in a narrow valley llanganuco from where we could see some lakes (chinancocha / female lake & orconcocha / male lake).
Finally we arrive to cebolla pampa 3900 m from where the hike starts gently going up at the beginning and then moderate climbing up to 4620 m where we can appreciate the particular color lake (blue) the panoramic scenery surrounded by many mountains Pisco, Chacraraju, Yanapaccha, Chopicalqui, and Huascaran after a short break for eating and taking photos we descend down by same way to cebollapampa where the transport is waiting to take back to huaraz
